Terms of Service

By using Just Look! (“the App”) or justlook.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.

Your Files

You own your photos and files. The App works directly with folders you open. Features such as ratings, tags, rename, export, rotation, and Move to Trash can change or delete files. You are responsible for backups and for reviewing changes before they are made.

Just Look! Pro and Purchases

Some features require Just Look! Pro, available as a monthly or annual subscription, a one-time lifetime purchase, or a 30-day trial for new users.

All payments are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its App Store policies.

Apple

The App is licensed through the Mac App Store, not sold. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.

Disclaimer

The App and Website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before a claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
